The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board functions as a planning, advisory, and coordinating body for the city in matters pertaining to the parks and recreation plans and programs.

City Council Meeting

The City Council will be available 30 minutes before the City Council meeting begins to answer any questions or discuss any matters the public may have. Council meetings are be streamed on YouTube, and the link to the meeting will be posted on www.KaysvilleLive.com. Those wishing to speak during Call to the Public or an Action Item must sign-up IN PERSON prior to the meeting. You can also email comments to the City Council by emailing: publiccomment@kaysvillecity.com. Emailed comments will NOT be read out loud at the meeting.

Planning Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission are tasked with making recommendations to the City Council regarding the General Plan, land use ordinances, amendments to the zoning map, and actions on subdivision applications. The Commission also act on land use applications such as conditional use permits and variances.
