[ARCHIVED] Wind Storm Cleanup Resources

As we work together to clean up the debris from the devastating wind storm this week, Kaysville City has established the following to help in the effort:

1)  There is a drop site at Schick Lane between Wellington and Bonneville Ln where residents can bring their green debris.  The city will manage those dumpsters as long as there is a need.

2) The Landfill is accepting loads for the next 2 weeks without charge to residents.

3) The sewer district is open mornings to accept as much as they can as they can handle .

We ask that neighbors look after neighbors as is the Kaysville way.  This work doesn’t need to be done immediately.  We encourage those that can wait until even next week to wait.

Presently city resources are focused on first restoring power to everyone where damage to lines and infrastructure is extensive and then working on city property (parks, cemetery, etc).

We are seeing a great community support response to help each other with clean up and disposal.  Thank you to everyone out serving each other.
