Code Enforcement

While Kaysville City does not have dedicated code enforcement staff, we work to resolve complaints and gain voluntary compliance when violations are substantiated. 

Complaint Form

If you have a zoning violation complaint submit a form online. The Enforcement Officer will investigate the complaint and take appropriate action.

Junk & Debris

Litter, trash, junk or debris stored outside is a violation. If an item doesn't belong outside or is not being used for its intended purpose, it must be stored in an enclosed structure such as a shed, garage or home.

Illegal Street Parking

Any vehicle including campers, utility trailers, boats, motor homes, and recreational vehicles are only permitted to use the city’s roadways for short term parking. 

No vehicle is permitted to be parked on the city roadway between midnight and 6:00 a.m. from the first day of November until the last day of February each year.
