Outdoor Yoga and Creative Movement (Program Flyer)

A fun introduction to the world of yoga and movement. This four week session allows children and youth to explore through expressive body movement and guided yoga flow. Filled with music, songs, stories, and learning about our local forest animals and the great outdoors.  Boys and girls are welcome. Held at Heritage Park in Kaysville.

Mandi Lotze

Mandi is a Farmington native and recently moved back after living in Arizona. She's the mother of three active kids and loves taking her family around the world on adventures. She recently completed her 200 hour yoga certification with Konalani Ashram in Hawaii and is excited to share the joy of yoga with kids and adults in our community. Mandi also holds her Wilderness First Responder and is an avid hiker. She has 8 years experience as a wedding and lifestyle family photographer.

 Amy Beenfield

Amy trained in many styles of dance for 10+ years in Cincinnati, Ohio before dancing on the International Folk Dance Team at BYU. She began teaching dance when she was 16, and recently taught her own ballet, tap, and creative movement classes in Page, Arizona for kids ages 4-12. A mother of three girls, she loves introducing dance and movement to all ages. Amy loves canyoneering and backpacking and you may catch her on some local trails! She is also a Wilderness First Responder.
