General Information for Davis Dart Youth Football

• Online registration begins May 15th for residents - June 1st for non-residents
• Conditioning begins TBD
• Players can opt to tryout for an A division team in Mitey Mites thru Jr Bantam divisions.  
• Touchback Football Pants NOT provided. Athletes must purchase.
• Touchback Pants and additional gear HERE (shirts, hats, shorts, hoodies, etc.).

*Participants must have a completed physical by July 1st.

Fittings will open up in June and will take place in July

Forms Required at fitting appointment

• Completed physical (form)
• Proof of grade - report card, school registration or other document proving participants grade.
• Residency verification: Kaysville City Utility bill, Dominion Energy Bill, Rocky Mountain Power Bill or renters agreement.
